Mount Hermon is a family run business which has been established for over 30 years, we are a care home specialising in the care of elderly people with dementia. Wendy Gray founded and ran the the home until retiring in 2009 to run Bensons Guest House in Worthing, although she still a partner in the business, she visits regularly and remains a source of knowledge and support to management, staff and residents. Mark and Jade Gray are now involved in the day to day running of the home, they have a vision of the future of dementia care and actively encourage and support ideas and suggestions that achieve person centred care.
